Adult Confirmation Program
Were you baptized Catholic and received First Holy Communion, but never confirmed? You're not alone — and it's never too late to complete your Sacraments of Initiation!
Our Adult Confirmation Program is designed specifically for adults age 18 and older who are ready to take this important next step in their faith journey. This six-week course begins Saturday, April 26th at 4:00 PM, and meets weekly on Saturdays from 4:00–5:00 PM. After class, participants are invited to attend Mass together as a community.
The class is structured like a Bible study, offering a meaningful and engaging deep dive into the foundations of our faith. Each week, we’ll explore Scripture, Church teaching, and the power of the Holy Spirit, all while preparing our hearts for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Between sessions, participants will be asked to spend time in prayer, journaling, and reading from the Bible to continue their formation at home.
Whether you’ve felt the nudge for a while or this is your first time considering it—this is your moment. Come and be strengthened by the Holy Spirit to live your Catholic faith more fully!
Requirements:
To participate in the Adult Confirmation program, you must:
- Be a baptized Catholic
- Have received First Holy Communion
- Be registered at a Catholic parish
- If you are not a member of Holy Trinity, you will need permission from your home parish to participate
- Genuinely desire to grow in your relationship with God and deepen your understanding of the Catholic faith

What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?
We understand that life happens! Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you anticipate missing a session. We’ll work with you to make up for any missed content.
What should I bring to class?
A heart open to the Holy Spirit! We’ll provide all other necessary materials.
When will I be confirmed?
Adults who complete the program will be confirmed at a special Mass at Pentecost. Details will be shared during the class.
I’m not sure I know enough… is this program right for me?
Absolutely. This course is designed for adults at various levels of knowledge and experience. Whether you’re returning to the Church or just wanting to complete your sacraments, we’ll walk with you every step of the way.
Why In-Person Only?
This year, we are offering in-person sessions only—and for good reason.
The journey toward Confirmation is one of both personal growth and shared experience. By committing to meet in person, you’re not just attending a class; you’re becoming part of a faith community—a group of people who are walking the same path, asking similar questions, and discovering what it means to be fully alive in Christ.
There’s something profoundly valuable about being together in the same room—sharing reflections, praying side by side, and supporting one another in real time. And attending Mass together each week is an essential part of that rhythm, helping us root our learning in worship and deepen our unity as the Body of Christ.
