- Initial Meeting
- Pre-nuptial Questionnaire
- Freedom to Marry Affidavits
- Engaged Couple FOCCUS Survey
- Marriage Preparation Programs (Sponsor Couple or Marriage Formation Day)
- Baptismal Certificates annotated with other Sacraments

What is Marriage Prep?
Marriage Prep is a required course all marriage candidates are required to take prior to getting married in the Catholic church. It includes a meeting with one of the resident priests, and meetings with a Sponsor Couple to help prepare you for married life.
