Preparation
Like all sacraments, the Sacrament of Marriage requires preparation. This process helps couples develop essential skills for a strong and faithful marriage.
The preparation includes the following steps:
- Initial Meeting – Introduction to the marriage process
- Pre-Nuptial Questionnaire – Gathering necessary personal and faith-related information
- Freedom to Marry Affidavits – Verification of eligibility for marriage
- Engaged Couple FOCCUS Survey – Assessment to strengthen communication and relationship skills
- Marriage Preparation Programs – Participation in either a Sponsor Couple Program or Marriage Formation Day
- Baptismal Certificates – Official copies, annotated with records of other sacraments received

Plan Your Wedding
Throughout the coming months you have many decisions to make regarding your wedding. Once you’ve decided that Holy Trinity is the place for you we welcome you to get a head start on your music selection! We have a number of options to choose from, including a String Quartet!
Additional planning will be coordinated with our Marriage Director and your designated wedding coordinator, who will be assigned closer to your wedding date.
