Our Faith Formation programs are built through the dedication, generosity, and witness of volunteers who help create spaces where people of all ages can encounter Christ and grow in their faith. While Catechists serve an essential role in teaching and leading formation, many other volunteers help make ministry possible through hospitality, mentorship, organization, prayer, service, and community building. Every role, whether leading a lesson, welcoming families, coordinating activities, preparing meals, or helping students feel seen and included, contributes to the life of the Church and the formation of disciples.
At Holy Trinity Catholic Church, we believe faith is most powerfully passed on through authentic relationships and community. Our volunteers help create welcoming environments where children, teens, and adults can ask questions, grow in understanding, deepen their relationship with God, and build lasting connections rooted in the Gospel. Regardless of age group or role, volunteers become witnesses of Christ through their presence, encouragement, and willingness to serve others.
Catechists and volunteers alike are vital to the success of our programs. Some are called to teach directly, while others serve behind the scenes through hospitality, event support, administration, games, retreats, prayer, or accompaniment. Every role matters, and every volunteer helps us create a stronger, more joyful Faith Formation community.
